What you get, every episode

One recording becomes two weeks of posts.

Raw files in, everything ready to post out. No weekends lost to editing, no chasing an editor, no juggling freelancers.

The episode

The full episode, in 4K

Both cameras cut with taste: the camera follows whoever speaks, picture and sound polished so you look and sound your best, with your intro and chapters in.

Promos

A trailer and a teaser

Your strongest moments, cut to make people press play on launch day.

Short form

Shorts and Reels

Each built on one moment that stands on its own, hooked in the first seconds and pointing back to the full episode. One for YouTube, one for Instagram.

Long form

Clips (5, 10, 20 minutes)

Stand-alone conversations, each answering one question your audience is asking. Made to be found in search, and watched one after another.

Long form

Bonus stories

The good material that did not fit the episode, turned into longer clips, each with a trailer of its own.

Graphics

Thumbnails

One for the episode and one for every clip, 12 in our latest episode, in a look your viewers learn to recognise.

Instagram

Carousels and posts

The ideas people save and share, as carousels that pull Instagram followers to the episode.

Words

Titles and a posting plan

Titles built on what your audience actually searches, plus descriptions, chapters, tags and a two-week plan you can keep up with.

And around every recording
Before you record

A brief for every guest

We research your guest and what your audience searches for, then hand you the questions, stories and moments most likely to keep people watching.

After it goes live

A review of how it did

Where people kept watching, where they dropped off, and what we change next time, for the episode and for your channel.

How it works

Every step, from first question to final file.

One person who knows YouTube runs your show, from the first question to the final file. Software does the slow parts. You make the calls that matter, from your phone.

01

Before you record

Walk in prepared. We study your guest and what your audience searches for, and hand you a brief: questions, stories to draw out, moments likely to clip. Use ours, yours or both. Plus a simple camera guide.

A guest brief: the question, a keyword to work in, another way to ask and the clip potential, with the research behind it
02

Send your files

Record the way you always do and upload the files to your Drive. That is your part done: no briefing an editor, no chasing anyone.

No sitting with an editor, no endless back-and-forth: you record, we do the rest
03

Studio sound, from a real room

This guest was recorded with a fountain running under every word, and her voice barely there. Press play, then switch to hear what came back.

As recorded

The recording is turned up to the same loudness, so you hear the room, not just the volume.

04

Every camera in sync

Every camera lined up to the same words, even when one stopped and started again. No drifting lips, no jumps.

Two camera views lined up on the same words, marked in sync
05

Every word, and who said it

Every line labelled by speaker, in Hindi, English or Hinglish, written the way it was said. Captions get every word right, and no guest is ever misquoted.

A transcript with every line labelled host or guest, in Hindi, English and Hinglish
06

The best moments, found

We go through the whole conversation and pick what stands on its own: chapters, shorts, longer stories, and anything sensitive to check first.

From one conversation: 19 chapters, 26 moments for Shorts, 9 stories for long clips and 4 moments to animate
07

You choose what to keep

Every pick waits on your private link with a preview. Keep it or skip it, add a comment or a voice note. Nothing goes ahead without your yes.

Your call
A studio for every piece, on the phone: choose how each clip ends
08

The edit

Tight, never gimmicky. The camera follows whoever is speaking, split screens land on the big moments, and the episode is colour graded and finished in 4K.

The whole conversation edited, the camera following whoever is speaking
09

Review it all from your phone

Tap any moment to leave a note, retype a caption, swap a thumbnail photo, or just say what you want. A person applies every change and checks it.

Your call
Reviewing a thumbnail on a laptop or a phone

Everything in one folder

Within 7 days of your raw files: the episode, the promos, the shorts, the clips, the thumbnails, the posts and the words, every file named and sorted, ready to upload.

Everything made from one episode: trailer and teaser, long clips, shorts, thumbnails, carousels and posts, LinkedIn posts, titles, chapters and a 14-day plan
New: explainer graphics

When your guest explains something, the screen explains it too.

Facts, steps, terms and comparisons appear beside the speaker, placed so they never cover a face, and timed to the words. These are the styles we start from. Every show gets its own look, and the library grows with every show we make.

How it started
It began with one podcaster’s ask: Sqn Ldr Richa Narain, host of The Sakhi Corps. I believed in what her show stands for, so I built a whole system around it, from her very first episode. Everything on Driftika was built, and is run, by one person you can meet.

Questions

Good to know.

Is it edited by software or by a person?

Both, with a person in charge. Someone with five years inside YouTube runs every episode: what to cut, what to clip, what to post when, and a final check on every piece. Software handles the slow parts, so it all comes back within 7 days.

How fast is it?

Within 7 days of your raw files, you have everything: the episode, the trailers, the shorts and every other piece.

What do I need to send?

The files from both cameras and your audio, uploaded to your own Drive folder. Once per show, a short intake form and your logo, colours and fonts. If something is missing, we build it with you.

How do reviews work?

Everything comes to you as private links that open on your phone. Tap to approve, type or record a voice note to ask for a change, and see each change made before anything is final.

Which languages do you work in?

Hindi, English and Hinglish, with captions written the way people actually speak, and many other languages too. If your show is in another language, we talk it through and make your demo first.

Do you work with online or remote podcasts?

That is coming soon. Tell us how you record when you apply, and we will let you know the moment it is ready.

What does it cost?

Founding shows start at ₹12,000 per episode in India and $200 everywhere else, and that rate stays locked for as long as you stay. Your exact plan depends on what you record and how often, so we settle it on a short call.
